Usted no podr\u00e1, ni autorizar\u00e1, inducir\u00e1 ni permitir\u00e1 que ninguna otra persona haga o intente: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">acceder o utilizar la Aplicaci\u00f3n, excepto lo espec\u00edficamente establecido en estos T\u00e9rminos de uso;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; (ii) para los cuales no tiene derecho a poner a disposici\u00f3n (p\u00fablica o privadamente); (iii) que infrinja cualquier derecho de propiedad intelectual u otro derecho de propiedad de cualquier persona o entidad; o (iv) que contenga malware, virus de software o cualquier otro c\u00f3digo, archivo o programa inform\u00e1tico dise\u00f1ado para interrumpir, destruir, interferir o limitar de otro modo la funcionalidad de cualquier software, hardware, red, equipo de telecomunicaciones o de otro modo interactuar con la Aplicaci\u00f3n de una manera no permitida;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">descargar, copiar, publicar, modificar, alterar, adaptar, traducir, realizar ingenier\u00eda inversa, desensamblar, descompilar, decodificar o descifrar la Aplicaci\u00f3n;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">crear trabajos derivados de la Aplicaci\u00f3n;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">usar, eliminar, alterar, oscurecer, traducir, combinar, complementar o cambiar de otro modo cualquier visualizaci\u00f3n de pantalla, patente, marca de derechos de autor o marca registrada, exenci\u00f3n de responsabilidad, n\u00famero de versi\u00f3n o lanzamiento, o n\u00famero de serie que est\u00e9 presente, mostrado o proporcionado en conexi\u00f3n con la Solicitud;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">enmarcar, vincular o utilizar de otro modo un m\u00e9todo para dar la apariencia de que est\u00e1 autorizado a mostrar la Aplicaci\u00f3n a otros;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">interferir con el uso de la Aplicaci\u00f3n por parte de 24-7 Jobs u otros Usuarios;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">eludir, violar, deshabilitar o anular o intentar realizar cualquier salvaguardia tecnol\u00f3gica, acceso restringido u otra protecci\u00f3n utilizada por la Aplicaci\u00f3n o en conexi\u00f3n con ella;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">acechar o acosar de otro modo a cualquier persona o entidad a trav\u00e9s de la Aplicaci\u00f3n;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">facilitar apuestas, juegos de azar, loter\u00edas, rifas, concursos, sorteos y\/o cualquier otra actividad que implique la concesi\u00f3n de un premio a trav\u00e9s de la Aplicaci\u00f3n;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">al responder a solicitudes de Servicios y al brindar Servicios, debe cumplir con todas las leyes aplicables, incluido, entre otros, estar certificado o autorizado, seg\u00fan corresponda, para brindar los Servicios;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">utilizar la Aplicaci\u00f3n para solicitar o proporcionar cualquier Servicio que 24-7 Jobs, a su entera discreci\u00f3n, determine que es inapropiado, incluidos, entre otros, juegos de azar, pornograf\u00eda, prostituci\u00f3n u otros servicios similares;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">recopilar, almacenar, usar, compartir o procesar de otro modo datos personales, informaci\u00f3n personal, informaci\u00f3n de identificaci\u00f3n personal o cualquier otra informaci\u00f3n relacionada con una persona f\u00edsica identificada o identificable, excepto como (i) permitido por la ley aplicable, (ii) permitido de conformidad con a estos T\u00e9rminos de Uso, y (iii) consistente con los prop\u00f3sitos de la Aplicaci\u00f3n;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">divulgar cualquier informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por 24-7 Jobs u otro Usuario, excepto cuando sea necesario para utilizar la Aplicaci\u00f3n de acuerdo con los T\u00e9rminos de uso; o<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 1in; text-indent: -1in;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">proporcionar apoyo material o recursos (u ocultar o disfrazar la naturaleza, ubicaci\u00f3n, fuente o propiedad de apoyo material o recursos) a cualquier organizaci\u00f3n designada por el gobierno de los Estados Unidos como organizaci\u00f3n terrorista extranjera de conformidad con la Secci\u00f3n 219 de la Ley de Inmigraci\u00f3n. y Ley de Nacionalidad, y adem\u00e1s declara y garantiza que (i) no se encuentra en un pa\u00eds que est\u00e9 sujeto a un embargo del gobierno de los Estados Unidos, o que haya sido designado por los Estados Unidos como un pa\u00eds que apoya a una organizaci\u00f3n terrorista extranjera;
