Information We Collect

Information Collected Automatically
To provide functionality for and improve our Application, as well as to comply with our Terms of Use, we use cookies, analytics and other tracking technologies to automatically collect certain information, including Personal Information. Information we automatically collect includes, without limitation, internet protocol (IP) addresses, internet browser type, characteristics of your device and software, domain names of your internet service provider, your precise or approximate geographic location as determined by the device you are using, a record of your usage of the Application, and the time of your usage.

Information Provided at Registration
To access and use the Application, you must register by entering a unique username and password, as well as your name, e-mail address, location, phone number, a profile picture, type of work you are seeking, and other Personal Information needed to use the Application (“User Data”). This User Data is necessary for us to provide you with access to and use of the Application. This User Data is necessary for us to provide you with access to and use of the Application.
Information Provided at Registration by Job Providers

If your user designation is a Job Provider (as defined in the Terms of Use), you must provide additional information upon registration, including your work experience, certifications, specialties, licenses, skills, education, work being sought, and other profile information.

Payment Information
To facilitate processing payments, you need to provide a payment method and the following information: name, billing address, credit card or banking information, and such other applicable information as requested by the third party payment processor. If your payment method information changes (e.g., card number, account number, routing number, expiration date, CVV), then the third party payment processor may require additional information from you. This User Data is necessary for the third party payment processor to process payments for transactions through the Application.

Additional Information Provided Through the Application
Additional information may be requested or collected to provide you with our products and services or access to our community forums. This User Data is also necessary for responding to additional information requests about our products and services.

Surveys
From time to time, we provide survey forms through the Application asking users of the Application (each, a “User”) for contact and demographic information (such as postal code, age, or size of your company). We use the responses from the surveys to better understand your needs. You may opt-out of participating in follow-up surveys. We will not disclose survey response information to companies or individuals outside of 24-7 Jobs.

Non-Personal Information
We collect, create and process de-identified and aggregated information and other non-Personal Information, which is not related to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Non-Personal Information”). You agree that 24-7 Jobs owns, without restriction, all Non-Personal Information and that you have no rights in or to any Non-Personal Information.

Review and Modification of Personal Information
You can review or modify the Personal Information previously provided or collected by editing your profile on the Application. You acknowledge that we will use reasonable efforts to delete your information when requested, but that some residual information may remain because of backup files and deletion logs.

Non-Personal Information
Because Non-Personal Information cannot be used to personally identify you, you agree we may use such information for any lawful purpose.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Generally
We do not sell, share, or otherwise transfer your User Data to third parties, except for sharing your User Data with our Application hosting partners, other trusted third parties who assist us in operating and providing our Application, or otherwise conducting our business. We may also share your User Data when we believe sharing is necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce our policies (including, without limitation, our Terms of Use), or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. In the preceding twelve (12) months, 24-7 Jobs has not made any sales of Personal Information to third parties.

Third Party Service Providers
We may share your User Data with other third party service providers, or other trusted third party companies and individuals to provide, analyze and improve the Application, process payments, perform database management, and analyze use of our Application, perform analytics and produce statistics on the Application, or deliver other requested products and services and features to you. These third party service providers may include, but are not limited to, payment processors, internet service providers, and cloud computing providers. These third party service providers are contractually bound to only process the limited User Data we provide them to perform specific tasks at our direction. These third party providers are bound to maintain the User Data they receive from 24-7 Jobs in accordance with this Privacy Policy

You agree we may share User Data with third party service providers as necessary for providing you with our Application.

Subsidiaries and Affiliates
We may share your User Data with 24-7 Jobs subsidiaries and/or affiliates for purposes consistent with the Terms of Use. Our subsidiaries and affiliates are bound to maintain the User Data they receive from 24-7 Jobs in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Business Transfers
From time to time, 24-7 Jobs may buy or sell assets or businesses. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar event, User Data may be part of the transferred assets. You acknowledge and agree that any assignee or other successor to 24-7 Jobs (or 24-7 Jobs’ assets) will continue to have the right to use your User Data and other information in accordance with the terms of the terms of Use, including this Privacy Policy. If the privacy policy of any such assignee or successor will apply to your User Data, we will notify you before your User Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Because Non-Personal Information cannot be used to personally identify you, we may share such information for any lawful purpose.

Your Rights Regarding Your User Data

In some jurisdictions, you may have the right to request (i) what User Data we collect, store, use, share, or otherwise process, (ii) rectification of inaccurate User Data, (iii) erasure/deletion of your User Data, (iv) restriction on the sharing or other processing of certain User Data, and/or (v) that your User Data be transferred. We may verify the identity of any person who requests to exercise any of the above listed rights by, as applicable, requesting such person log into the Application, matching information provided by such person with information already maintained by us, or requesting additional information from such person for the sole purpose of identity verification. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve the right not to respond to requests submitted to us if not submitted pursuant to the terms set forth above.

We do not sell personal information to third parties; we are not data brokers and do not put personal information on the open market. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals who are younger than 16. We do allow third parties to collect personal information through 24-7 Jobs and share personal information with third parties for the business purposes described in the Privacy Policy including, without limitation, advertising and marketing on 24-7 Jobs and elsewhere based on Users’ online activities over time and across 24-7 Jobs, services, and devices. Right of Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices, although some of the functionality and features available on the Application may change or no longer be available to you. Any differences in services are related to the information provided.

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was collected. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
